TGIF! It’s the weekend, but don’t think you’re getting off that easy: Tomorrow is the start of Hamptons Wellness Week, which is sort of like Restaurant Week, except you get discounts for doing fitness-y things like pilates, yoga and energy healing. (For a list of participating health and wellness businesses, including Well Within, The Yoga House and Deborah Thompson Day Spa, click here.)

The event is organized by Sag Harbor nutritionist Kiley DeMarco, founder of wellness site One Healthy Hamptons (see our profile of DeMarco here) and Bridgehampton parent coach Anastasia Gavalas. This year, unlike past wellness weeks, there’s no buy-in fee or registration, so anyone can participate, according to DeMarco. And if you’re looking for something healthy to do on Sunday (June 14), perhaps after a weekend that otherwise featured debauchery, there is a kick-off party from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. at Ocean Spray Hot Tubs & Saunas in Westhampton Beach, with yoga, nutrition, acupuncture and saunas for the whole family.

Incidentally, for those unaware, the Hamptons is really, really into fitness — especially during the summer. See our recent pieces on trainer Sander Vanacker,  celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser and yogi Jen Russo.

Noodles galore

At long last, the moment we’ve been waiting for has arrived: Momi Ramen in East Hampton will open its doors this coming Wednesday (June 17), 6 p.m. – midnight. The restaurant’s original location in Miami has produced cult-like followers who are devoted to its bowls of fresh Japanese noodles, made in-house daily. We expect nothing less on the East End. Directions and hours for Momi Ramen at 221 Pantigo Road are here.

Artists of the End, unite!

The Montauk Artists Association will host a special event featuring fine art in many media tomorrow (Saturday) from 5 p.m to 7 p.m. at the Depot Gallery, which of course is the original waiting room of the Montauk railroad station (and a spot where fictional nefarious activity takes place, if you watch “The Affair.”) Click here for more details about the event. The association runs an art school and hosts special events showcasing professional and amateur artists’ work. If the art isn’t enough to entice you, refreshments will also be served. But really, go for the art.

Also on tap this weekend:

Fundraiser for Navy Seal Foundation, at Navy Beach in Montauk, is Saturday.
